Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel and Return (14-day policy)
In accordance with UK consumer contract regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. During this period, you can request a return of the product and receive a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and condition.

⚠️ Important: The 14-day return period begins from the date of product delivery.

2. Return Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped from our international logistics center in China, and returns are processed by our Returns Department in Brazil.

Return shipping costs to Brazil are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

After your return request, we will provide the complete shipping address and clear instructions.

3. Exchanges and Replacements
If your product is defective or arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the original product unless we specifically request it.

To initiate a replacement:

Contact us by email at support@voltrixsmart.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product.

Include clear photos or videos of the problem.

Please include your order number in your message.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items or accessories (such as straps) unless they are defective. Returned items must be new and unused. 5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the original payment method.

6. Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Any customs or import fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
